Service Legends Heating & Cooling

My husband and I are first time homeowners and we had Service Legends come out to the home and do an inspection on our furnace and air conditioner. Justin did a great job and was very helpful! The staff in the call center were also very friendly and they sure made me smile! :) We will be using Service Legends for our future needs!

My husband and I had a gentleman from Service Legends come out to our first home to look at our furnace. He was very polite and respected our home as if it were his own. He was on time and was very polite. He worked quickly and didn't skimp on anything. When he was finished looking over our system he stayed and discussed what he found and what he thought until my husband and I were comfortable with it. He was very professional but also talked with us like friendly person. We would and will absolutely use Service Legends again. They installed the system in the home we are in now. And we had another employee of Service Legends named Cole check over the system when we moved in. When he looked at our system and called Service Legends about the heat pump that is in our home he found a deal for us and so now if anything were to go wrong with our system for the next few years my husband and I will not have to pay for the repairs. Service Legends takes very good care of their customers and is a great company.

Jenice was very helpful when we called Service Legends to get our air conditioner serviced. The tech was prompt and polite. Highly recommend!

I had a couple of service calls on my old A/C unit, once to refill the refrigerant, and once to install an A/C unit. I have also had annual furnace inspections from Service Legends. Each visit was very courteous and professional. I felt the service reps were very clear and up-front about the pricing and options they provided. I also feel good about the peace-of-mind afforded by the annual furnace inspections, as my furnace is quite ancient. I will definitely be looking at Service Legends when I replace my furnace and A/C.

Tim did a great job of keeping me informed on all that needed to be done and was very helpful so I understood exactly what he was talking about. He even reminded me that I left my truck running and turned it off for me. Thanks to Tim and his partner for coming out in the blizzard to get my furnace working.
