Service Legends Heating & Cooling

I just wanted to take a few minutes and say how happy I am with my new heating system installed by Service Legends. I am in my second year of having my air and heating systems serviced by them annually and I couldn't be happier. In my spring checkup, technician Chris G. spent several hours going over my system and talking to me about my boiler. The heating boiler was 27 years old and very inefficient, so I had been expecting to replace it soon. Chris suggested I talk with someone from Service Legends and get some prices. That's when I met Janet. She came down 2 days later and evaluated my house by measuring all the windows and calculating footage to help determine what I would need. She then laid out several price options and explained very clearly what I would get with each. No pressure just very competent information. She was a wonderful representative of the company. Once I decided on the system I wanted, Rob came down. If there is anyone in the Des Moines area who knows more about heating and cooling I wouldn't know where they are. He did a fantastic job explaining what he was going to do and making suggestions (like replacing the water heater) as well as drawing diagrams so I could understand. Rob, Doug and Chad then spent 2 long days installing my system, including a very modern water heater all heated by the one boiler. I can't say enough about how professional and personable anyone I have ever encountered from the Service Legends Company has been. I feel I can trust everything they say and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to pick up the phone and call any of them. I know they would stop and answer any questions I might have. Plus if you ever need to brighten your day, just call the store. You can't help but smile after hearing them answer the phone. I would highly recommend Service Legends.
