Dominic came to our house and got us taken care of. First of all it goes a long ways when a technician of any kind comes in a puts something over their shoes! But that was just the beginning, he was thorough, very informative, and very friendly! We were very impressed with him. We will certainly sign up for the yearly plan because of the great service.
